We are so in love with our new bathroom! This company was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. I reached out to request a quote and was called back within 30 minutes. Austin came out within the week and was able to provide a quote to me on the spot, he advised the job would take no lover than 4-5 days. (other companies quoted me double the amount or more and several weeks to complete). When it came time to do the remodel, Jordan did fantastic work, communicated well and it ended up only taking 3 days to complete. I highly recommend using The Shower Company for your bathroom remodel!

Wanted to wait before I gave a review so I could really see how it is. I went with the shower company because they financed and it was cheaper route you get what you pay for the guys were great customer service was awesome. I just don’t feel like I should have to fix shit not even two months after it being done. Sucks when you have to do that, but they did do it in one day. I understand if you have an apprentice with you, but you shouldn’t let them do all the cock Work if they’re still practicing I know that they have to learn the job but when a customers paying a lot of money, you know, look over their work

EDITED 8/1/24 The paint is literally peeling off the wall in sheets. We have another painter now here to fix it. How can you not even paint correctly? I am unable to add the new pictures. Now changing to 1 star. There is no reason for such bad work. EDITED:: Interesting that the owner now says he can’t find me in his system as he took $21,000 from us for a mediocre job even after the redo. After finishing in April we had to wait until August for them to come back to fix the poor job. Despite asking the owner to come look at the job several times he never came. And once he said he would but didn’t show up. Yes. He says he doesn’t use subcontractors however he DID bring 2 guys from St Louis who work at a different branch of The Shower Co who said “ They subbed they job to us “ So take what he says here with a grain of salt. You might get Jordan - who did an OK job or you might get some guys brought in from his other branch in St Louis.I waited a few months to write this review so I could be sure it was entirely objective. The initial work was done the beginning on April ‘23 and the rework was done Aug ‘23.We had planned to do this work ourselves so had purchased all the supplies and done the demo but my husband broke his ankle and was ordered to be non-weight bearing for 8 weeks. Three things factored heavily into our decision to use The Shower Company. 1) We were told they did not use sub-contractors and all work was done by their employees 2) They could start work within 2 weeks, as we had a tight timeline and 3) they would use the supplies we had already purchased and had experience working with the Schluter waterproofing system.They gave us a start date and told us it would take 7 days to complete our hall bath that had been pre-demo’s and plumbed.Two days before they were to start they contacted us and asked if we minded waiting until the following Monday. This would “give you the #1 team and still finish on the same date”. We agreed.On that Monday the “team” didn’t show up until 1PM. It was 2 guys who had been brought in from St Louis “ to help them out”. They worked until 5 PM. The next day they didn’t show up until almost noon. We discovered they were also working on another house.We called the owner to ask why we had 2 guys from St Louis when we were told no subcontractors. He gave us some answer about how the St. Louis company was sort of his company also. Basically a loophole.The two man crew were polite and friendly but basically were not given enough time to do this job correctly. They sat the tub, filled it with water, told us to watch for leaks and left. Several hours later it leaked thru our ceiling, damaging the ceiling, drywall on the wall downstairs and creating a mess on the downstairs floor.In their haste to finish on Friday they were cutting tile outside, in the dark. Working until 11pm when we wanted to be in bed. They couldn’t just extend the job because they had to drive back to St Louis that night.The next day when we got a really good look at the work they had done we were appalled. The tile job was terrible. Unevenly set, lipage, uneven grout lines, some places no grout. Floor tile cut too short to meet flooring in next room. The painting was uneven. This would have been a one star review except the owner agreed to tear it out and redo the tile. We learned there is really only 1 true tile guy with this company. Jordan did an OK job fixing it but it still does not compare to the job a different contractor has done on our master bath.In addition to the poor workmanship, they left us with a mess. Paint drips on my hardwood floors, drywall dust everywhere. Dirty paint brushes, open cans of paint and paint trays on my kitchen table. Very unprofessional.

A few months after buying our home, we noticed a wet spot on our ceiling below where our shower was. After plumbers confirmed a leak, and determined it was likely a cracked shower pan, we sought out quotes from 3 different contractors. We went with The Shower Company because not only did they have the lowest quote, but they were willing and able to do more than their competitors (such as replacing the tiled floor and installing a new toilet).After about six weeks, our shower was ready for installation. Installation took place over 1.5 days (and Jordan, our first tech, worked well into the night to get things finished). Our door wasn't ready yet, so The Shower Co. provided us with a tension rod and shower curtain. After about another week, in which we were able to use our new shower and verify no new leaks, our door was installed in just a few short hours.We asked our second tech, Roger, if he would be willing to recaulk the edge between our sink and bathroom counter because it was looking like it was beginning to rot. No more than 5-10 minutes later, we have a new, smooth, no-mold/mildew line of caulk to protect our walls.We are extremely happy with our renovated bathroom and looking forward to years of use! Thank you!

We chose The Shower Company to gut and remodel our one and only bathroom after reading many positive reviews online and comparing prices around town. We were able to go on vacation while they spent less than the week performing the work. The employee that performed the remodel was friendly and trustworthy, we felt comfortable leaving our house keys with him. He kept in communication with us while we were gone and even sent progress pictures. The final product is beautiful and has brought new life to our nearly 100 year old house. The owner was responsive, honest, no-pressure and overall great to do business with. I recommend you contact The Shower Company today!

We had a new shower, floor and toilet put in and it is lovely! They were able to get us in earlier than expected and the work was done professionally and efficiently. Everyone we spoke with were fantastic. Austin, the sales person, was knowledgeable and friendly, and did not pressure us at all during the bid process. Jordan, our installer, was on time, kept the work area clean, was great with our dogs and super nice! We are so happy with the finished results!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled removing a large jetted tub and small shower. The area was replaced with a large, tiled, walk-in shower and area for a large linen closet. Beautiful LVT flooring was also installed. Roger, the owner is very professional and was able to meet our needs with scheduling and providing us with two incredibly talented, skilled, punctual and courteous installers. Jordan and Dane, you are awesome! I would highly recommend using this company for a bathroom remodel.

My project began with Jordan repairing several spots on my bathroom walls, painting and replacing my bathroom vanity. He did a wonderful job, was very personable and always had a great attitude! Jordan was diversely skilled and did excellent work!Roger, the owner, finished the project by replacing a MAXX shower system with ONYX. It turned out great! He was extremely responsive to every email, text message and voicemail. He was also very passionate about his work and wanted to do a great job! He came up with several creative ideas to ensure that the finished product felt high-end. Roger still has a couple finishing touches that he's committed to come back and do, which will make my bathroom look even more spectacular.I could not be more pleased with how my small, condo bathroom turned out. It is very functional and also beautiful. I cannot wait for the final, final product! I already love it! Thank you, Jordan and Roger, for a job well done!

Had a great experience with this company. My bathrooms are terribly out of date and in poor condition, and I wanted one to be nice. Price was a bit higher than I expected, but not by an unexpected amount and honestly it was worth it. Roger helped me design and choose what I wanted, and Jordan and CJ did the work. All three people I engaged with were great - patient with me, friendly, and efficient. Financing was easy. The bathroom looks great and I'm so excited to use it.In the picture the light fixtures and cabinet are ours, we'll be painting them.

I did not know how to find a trustworthy contractor. I found The Shower Company and feel very lucky. Roger was so responsive and came right out to give me an estimate. He gave me several scenarios regarding the services I wanted and was happy to do my small bathroom. (Some companies don’t want smaller jobs). I felt the prices were very reasonable, so I went with them. I ended up working with three people for this job and they were all so pleasant and accommodating, as well as so respectful of my home and me! They went above and beyond to correct some issues with the previous bathroom design and were willing to make sure I was perfectly happy with the job. They spent a lot more time than I actually paid for and that was so appreciated! I would definitely hire them again.

If you are looking for a shower/bathroom remodel of any type don't hesitate, call now. I can't express how lucky I feel too have called Roger. He and his company worked miracles on our tiny bathroom (and adjacent tiny bedroom) and turned it into our dream bathroom, while still keeping in style with the rest of our 1950s ranch. I cannot believe how quickly the work went (done in a week!) and even if something went wrong, which something always does, they adjusted accordingly and fixed the problem immediately. (And probably learned a few things about remodeling "tall people" houses lol) Plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock, installation, they did everything! If you call Roger, he answers. If you text, he responds immediately. It doesn't matter what time or what day, Roger is there to answer questions, reassure you, or listen to you natter. They worked within our budget, and I'm ready to invite Josh and Jordan to live with me forever. Thank you so much for everything you did!!! We absolutely love it!
