How To Care For Your New Bathroom?

We recommend the use of a microfiber cloth and 50/50 solution vinegar and water to clean everything. When cleaning the silicone use a wet cloth and wipe in one direction. Do not scrub harshly or you may loosen the seal. We advise against using any harsh chemicals for 3 reasons- 1) chemicals are bad for your health and bad for the environment 2) chemicals can take away the glossy surface and make it more difficult to clean in the future 3) chemicals can damage the finish on your fixtures as well as your drain pipes.

Everyone that comes into your home is an employee. We don’t use any subcontractors.

Is this company a franchise?

No, we are not a franchised company. We are a locally owned business that was started from scratch, with a second location in Florida

How long will the project take?

Each job is different. most showers are done in one day and most full bathrooms are done in 5 days. How can you do it faster than other companies? We don’t have our installers jump between customers. Once the installers start your project, they work on only your project until it’s completely done. Our installers ONLY do bathrooms.

Do you do other projects around the house?

We are not one of those big companies that are a roofing company that also does bathrooms. That isn’t us. We are the surgeon that your family physician refers you to because we have the expertise.

What is the average cost of a shower remodel?

This is probably the most common question we hear. There really is not an average price. No two projects are the same.

Are bathtub liners any good?

Bathtub liners can work but the success of the bathtub liner comes primarily down to the existing bathtub situation.

Who will be working in my home?

Everyone that comes into your home is an employee of The Shower Company. We do not hire subcontractors.

What type of warranty do we offer?

Lifetime warranty on your products.

Do we resurface?

No. the fumes are potent and harmful. So bad that it’s unsafe for you to sleep in your home for a day or two after the bathtub painting was completed.
